Admissions FAQs

For undergraduate students : 1) Only a High School diploma or equivalent is required for US applicants. 2) International applicants may need to prove English proficiency depending on their country of origin. For graduate students : 1) An accredited bachelor's degree with an overall GPA of 2.5 or greater 2) Two references and nomination from a school leader are required for admission.
We offer 5 terms per year that are 8 weeks each. Undergraduate students can start in any term. Graduate students start in June (Summer Term) or October (Fall 2 Term). 1) Fall 1 Term – Begins Mid-August 2) Fall 2 Term – Begins Mid-October 3) Spring 1 Term – Begins Mid-January 4) Spring 2 Term – Begins Mid-March 5) Summer Term – Begins Early June

1) Submitting your application is risk-free and does not obligate you to enroll.
1) Applications do not expire.
1) Undergraduate Application Fee: $0.00 2) Graduate Application Fee: $65.00 3) Undergraduate Enrollment Fee: $0.00 4) Graduate Enrollment Fee: $390 5) Undergraduate Tuition: $44.40 per credit hour for institutional scholarship recipients. 6) Undergraduate Tuition: $88.80 per credit hour for non-scholarship students 7) Graduate Tuition: $110 per credit hour 8) Note: Tuition includes all Textbooks and Materials. 9) Request for Transcript Fee: $10.00 Gracelyn does not participate in any federal financial aid programs. Other Aid Options: 1) Institutional Scholarships – Institutional scholarships are available to undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need and are currently serving in a school system as non-certified staff. To apply, please check the box indicating your desire to be considered for the institutional scholarship on the application for admission found on the Gracelyn website. 2) Private Loans – Students may apply for private student loans from various providers, but Gracelyn strongly encourages students to avoid incurring student loan debt, unless absolutely necessary. Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for private student loans. 3) Third-Party Scholarships – You may search for third-party scholarships to which you could apply by going to the Department of Labor’s scholarship site. 4) Third-Party Scholarships for Students with Disabilities – Students with disabilities may review this guide to financial aid for students with disabilities.

  1. APPLY: In less than 10 minutes and confirm your eligibility for the program.
  2. SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS: We will review these within 2 business days after receiving a completed enrollment agreement.
  3. SIGN ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

After submitting an application and completing your next steps, you will receive an acceptance decision via email.

Basic Requirements for Admission to Gracelyn

The 2 criteria are:

    • Submit an Application and copy of government-issued ID.
    • Submit official transcripts: Undergraduate applicants must provide transcripts confirming completion of high school or an equivalent credential. Graduate program applicants must submit official transcripts verifying the completion of an accredited undergraduate degree.
